We made Christmas cookies one afternoon, which has become a tradition here, and while I was exhausted at the end of the day, it was a very happy kind of tired:) Seeing the queen bee must have been a delightful surprise. Wishing you and yours a very Happy New Year!Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01384059342847120951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8186002245944913029.post-91457134531469800432014-12-29T13:28:15.480-08:002014-12-29T13:28:15.480-08:00Hi Elaine,

So glad you enjoyed your Christmas it sounded good fun and lovely to have all you family about you - I bet it did Mr P good as well. There are so few flowers about at this time of year that those that do show their faces are very precious. I am so looking forward now to the spring bulb display although with this freezing weather we are now having it seems a long way off.

Wishing you a very happy new year and look forward to reading more of your delightful posts next year.
Elaineelaine https://www.blogger.com/profile/17075935631756457901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8186002245944913029.post-29984002519852119412014-12-29T12:00:24.550-08:002014-12-29T12:00:24.550-08:00The garden has not much to offer this time of year...The garden has not much to offer this time of year but it's so nice to cherish the few flowers like little treasures. It didn't make it. I usually only try plants that are for zone 5 or colder. I know your Bumbles appreciate every plant you have for them as well as all the other wildlife. So good to hear you had a good Christmas.
