We all need sparks of relief from the dull days of Winter.

  1. This will be my last post until after Christmas.
I am off to Lapland with youngest Grandson and family but home for Christmas.

  2. This is indeed sparks of relief. My poor Hellebores are hunkered down due to the cold. It will be a while before I get to see such things in person.
LAPLAND! You will see real reindeer and, is it possible?, Santa?? Have fun...
    Love to all.

  3. Yes Lisa,
We are going by reindeer and sleigh to see Father Christmas.
We are also going on a Husky sled safari and a 26 km ride on a snowmobile. Mr P will be driving ours :) I am really hopeful that we will see the Northern Lights. Of course, that is up to Mother Nature herself.
Dominic does not know any of this. It is a secret until we get to the airport.
Can you imagine his little face.

    Lots of love my friend.

  6. How exciting! I can only imagine the sparkles in little Dominic's eyes. What a beautiful memory you are creating! I don't think little Grandson will forget this experience - ever!

Be sure and bring some cookies for the reindeer and perhaps something a little stronger for Father Christmas. LOL.

Nice to see a flower bud holding its own even in December. Have a wonderful Christmas, Cheryl, with family and friends.
Hugs from across the Huge Pond!
